Health & Care Lecturer – Clinical Skills Specialist (Part-Time)

We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Further Education provider in Merseyside to recruit a Health & Care Lecturer – Clinical Skills Specialist on a part-time basis (approx. 0.4 FTE).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional or qualified lecturer to support learners studying Health & Social Care and T Level Health programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Health & Social Care, with a focus on clinical skills
• Support learners in developing practical competencies aligned to healthcare settings
• Contribute to outstanding student outcomes and progression into healthcare careers
• Provide guidance, assessment and feedback to support learner achievement

About You:

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in a health-related subject
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Experience in clinical practice (e.g. adult nursing or similar healthcare environments preferred)
• Ability to engage and inspire learners aged 16–19
